How To Select Data In MS Excel 2010
MS Excel offers various ways to select data in the worksheet.
Select with Mouse – Simply drag the mouse over the cell or data you want to select.
Select with Special – If you wish to select specific region or any particular in that region, press the key F5 and it will show a dialogue box for further options.
Now, click on the Special button in the dialogue box and it will allow you to select current region from the radio buttons. Give a final click on ‘OK’ and the requested region will be selected.
Here you can see the data selected for the current region.
