How To Adjust Margin In MS Excel 2010
Margins help in decidedly how space should be left along the sides, top and bottom of a printing page. Margins happen to be the unprinted areas and all the pages printed in MS Excel have same margins. Users can specify different margins for different pages.
Margins can be set in various ways like:
• Choose the Page Layout, followed by Page Setup, Margins drop-down list. Here you can select from options like Normal, Wide, Narrow or the custom settings.
• These options can also be accessed by clicking File, followed by Print.
If these doesn’t fulfill your need, choose Custom Margins for displaying the Margins tab of the Page Setup dialog box, just as shown below.
Center On Page
MS Excel has default setting that aligns the printed page right at the top and left margins. Users can change the alignment to be centered either vertically or horizontally by clicking on the appropriate option in the Center on Page section in the Margins Tab as it can be seen in above image.
